- The Villa is always booked whole (not shared) in three types of accommodation: 4 rooms, 5 rooms or 9 rooms.
- From July 4 to August 22 the 4 room accommodation is not available.
- The rest of the year, the minimum is 3 nights (the 3 types of accommodation) or weekends (accommodation of 9 rooms).
